robin: Is PHOB moving?
NJ open mics: Pratt's in EHT has always been the location for lots of music in EHT
Amissa: Hi all. If we fall, we don't need self-recrimination or blame or anger - we need a reawakening of our intention and a willingness to recommit, to be whole-hearted once again.I am from Barbados and also now am reading in English, give please true I wrote the following sentence: "Airline tickets for for the best discount airline tickets and cheap holiday packages cheap flights and discount airline tickets for travel on all."Thank you very much :). Amissa.
Trenton: Could you help me. I never vote for anyone; I always vote against.I am from Benin and now teach English, give true I wrote the following sentence: "Get the airline tickets, cheap flights, cheap travel widget on widgetbox."8-) Thanks in advance. Trenton.
Jonathan: I do have one more thing that I would like to see at the shop. Power outlets that the customers can use. I'm here reading this fine blog , but my laptop power is low. The improvements that have been made so far are awesome. I really like that the couches have been moved, and the new pastries are good. Keep it up.
conny: I like the shop-it has a real city chic appeal. I think you could make a coffee corner lounge section for those who like to sit back and relax after commuting to work in Atlantic City. I am from the suburbs so I look for the industrial loft look to escape from the subhurbs. I really enjoyedthe bear claw pastry and cafe mocha !!! The staff who waited on me were very helpful and friendly. I hope to see some merchandise with your logo next time because my last name is Pratt, too.
Jonathan: I really like the shop, and I go there often. The only thing that I can say I would like to see is more comfort. the place is pretty industrial feeling right now. I would like to see a couple of comfortable chairs in the corner of the "quote" wall and the far wall with a side table in the corner and another couch or 2 somewhere in the middle of the floor. I do love "the wall" and I'm glad you have free Wi-Fi. Everyone is friendly and I have fun there.
Stacy: It sounds like you asked for two espressos thinking that you were asking for two cups of coffee. If you go to a coffee house, cafe, or espresso bar and ask for an espresso, what you will get is a shot-sized glass holding a small amount of very strong coffee. These are usually ordered to be consumed right there and they are served in very small cups. If your order was for two espresso's "to go", then what you received in each take out cup was a 1-1/2 ounce shot of espresso. If you ordered flavo
Jeffrey: I just got a cup of coffee to go, and when I got home to drink it, it was honestly the most expensive thing I have ever paid for, for one gulp and I am not even joking, there was honestly barly anything in my cup it wasn't even half full. Can someone please answer me and tell me if the person who made it didn't know what she was doing, or did I just spend 3 bucks are 2 little cups of coffee when I could have went to WAWA and got two 24oz coffees for the same PRICE! please someone comment on this

Congratulations!
Your new coffee shop looks absolutely wonderful. We were there yesterday for your pre-grand-opening celebration. I had a cappachuno while I was there, and it was fantastic. It makes my mouth water just thinking about it, and I'm looking forward to enjoying many more in the near future.

Best Wishes.

We were there on Sunday, too! It was great seeing old friends and making some new ones! I believe your shop will become a gathering place for locals to socialize. It has a warm, relaxed, and comfortable feeling!

I had coffee and a muffin on Monday morning...mmm...mmm...mmm...good!

Is the serving sizes suppose to be so you get little to nothing when you pay so much for it? I just got home from the new shop in Egg Harbor Twp and well I was disapointed when it came to the serving size, I could have paid the same price at WaWa for two 24 oz coffee's that I got from Pratt's Hill of Beans to check out the new local business, I was sadly disapointed. I am hoping this was a mistake on the person who served me. If not then I don't see myself going back there ever.

Hello.

It's good to hear that Pratt's Hill of Beans is finally open. Congratulations!!

Just a suggestion.....the first page of your web site should say that you're OPEN instead of saying, "The solution to long waits... impersonal service... and stale, chain-store coffee is almost here!

The time has come...the waiting is over...you're HERE!

It sounds like Jeff (from the comment above) may have asked for two espressos thinking that he was asking for two cups of coffee. If you go to a coffee house, cafe, or espresso bar and ask for an espresso, what you will get is a shot-sized glass holding a small amount of very strong coffee. These are usually ordered to be consumed right away, and they are served in very small cups. If Jeff's order was for two espresso's "to go", then what he probably received in each take-out cup was a 1-1/2 ounce shot of espresso. Many people order an espresso thinking they are ordering a cup of coffee, but there is a big difference.

Thanks, Stacy... Jeff was gracious enough to come in and give us a second chance. We chatted for a bit. Very nice guy, very sweet. It was just a miscommunication on both sides. Actually, WE should have asked some better questions to clarify what Jeff was ordering. But, we are working on that. It was kind of like Three's Company; just one big misunderstanding. :-)

While I was devastated that someone was unhappy, I was glad that he voiced his concern. The worst thing IMHO that a customer can do is leave unhappy and not let us know. There's no reason for anyone to leave unhappy. I just won't allow it. And, aside from my great staff, I, as an on-premise owner can be sure that each and every customer is happy. That, among MANY other things, is what seperates us from some of the "big" guys. You'd never get to see their owner-- much less, have them apologize in person for an error. To be honest, the staff hasn't even met the owner.

Anne I want to thank you, you made me feel like a very special customer. Even though I was one unsatisfied customer, you invited me back in and explained to me the situation and apologized for any misunderstandings. You showed me that you care for your customers, you are super nice. I will be coming back to the shop (with others) to experience the great atmosphere in the shop.
The coffee I had today was phenomenal! Anne, Thank you so much for your time, showing me the time and courtesy gave me another chance at the coffee shop. I know that when I walk out of the shop I will be walking out a satisfied customer. You are also right, I have been to Starbucks, and Dunkin' Donuts and I have never gotten an apology from the owner if anything went wrong, that goes for any store in general. Your coffee shop will be my place to come in and do some homework while I get to have a cup of coffee. The best part is, is its no more then a min away from my house. Welcome to Egg Harbor Twp with your new shop!! :) And once again thank you for everything to make me know you’re all about customer satisfaction!!!!!!!!!! :):):):):):):):):):):)
