robin: Is PHOB moving?
NJ open mics: Pratt's in EHT has always been the location for lots of music in EHT
Amissa: Hi all. If we fall, we don't need self-recrimination or blame or anger - we need a reawakening of our intention and a willingness to recommit, to be whole-hearted once again.I am from Barbados and also now am reading in English, give please true I wrote the following sentence: "Airline tickets for for the best discount airline tickets and cheap holiday packages cheap flights and discount airline tickets for travel on all."Thank you very much :). Amissa.
Trenton: Could you help me. I never vote for anyone; I always vote against.I am from Benin and now teach English, give true I wrote the following sentence: "Get the airline tickets, cheap flights, cheap travel widget on widgetbox."8-) Thanks in advance. Trenton.
Jonathan: I do have one more thing that I would like to see at the shop. Power outlets that the customers can use. I'm here reading this fine blog , but my laptop power is low. The improvements that have been made so far are awesome. I really like that the couches have been moved, and the new pastries are good. Keep it up.
conny: I like the shop-it has a real city chic appeal. I think you could make a coffee corner lounge section for those who like to sit back and relax after commuting to work in Atlantic City. I am from the suburbs so I look for the industrial loft look to escape from the subhurbs. I really enjoyedthe bear claw pastry and cafe mocha !!! The staff who waited on me were very helpful and friendly. I hope to see some merchandise with your logo next time because my last name is Pratt, too.
Jonathan: I really like the shop, and I go there often. The only thing that I can say I would like to see is more comfort. the place is pretty industrial feeling right now. I would like to see a couple of comfortable chairs in the corner of the "quote" wall and the far wall with a side table in the corner and another couch or 2 somewhere in the middle of the floor. I do love "the wall" and I'm glad you have free Wi-Fi. Everyone is friendly and I have fun there.
Stacy: It sounds like you asked for two espressos thinking that you were asking for two cups of coffee. If you go to a coffee house, cafe, or espresso bar and ask for an espresso, what you will get is a shot-sized glass holding a small amount of very strong coffee. These are usually ordered to be consumed right there and they are served in very small cups. If your order was for two espresso's "to go", then what you received in each take out cup was a 1-1/2 ounce shot of espresso. If you ordered flavo
Jeffrey: I just got a cup of coffee to go, and when I got home to drink it, it was honestly the most expensive thing I have ever paid for, for one gulp and I am not even joking, there was honestly barly anything in my cup it wasn't even half full. Can someone please answer me and tell me if the person who made it didn't know what she was doing, or did I just spend 3 bucks are 2 little cups of coffee when I could have went to WAWA and got two 24oz coffees for the same PRICE! please someone comment on this

LATTE LOVE FOR THE FOODBANK

We held our 24 hour fundraiser.  Well, it was more like 36 hours.  We had a great time and were able to raise some money.  It wasn't as much as we had hoped, but for the first fundraiser and something so unusual, we did very well.  We raised about $600, and the foodbank received about $150 in cash donations and 200 pounds in food donations.  The foodbank always needs donations.  Hunger isn't just in the winter or during the holiday times.

We are so grateful to so many people who helped out:  Our employees working some CRAZY hours, Dave & Jerry and the management of Kool 98.3 for donating their time at a live remote broadcast at our store to get the word out, the local newspapers for running ads, NBC 40TV for coming out and doing a great story on us, Donna Jean our psychic for hosting an awesome seance, and other psychics Snowflake and Ann for doing readings, too.  We featured a number of musicians to also keep the momentum going:  Adam Shaber & Family, The Jack Chamberlain Blues Band, and Joe Collepardi.  They all donated their time and supported our crazy fundraiser.  We'd also like to thank Jessie from Mary Kay, Regina from Sothern Living at Home, and Anne from The Pampered Chef for donating their time and door prizes to our event.  We had so much fun, we are going to host monthly shopping events with them and other great companies.  We'd also like to thank Liz and everyone at Galloway AMI for taking up a special collection of food for the foodbank; and the Pleasantville Kiwanis Club who took up a collection of food and stopped in to enjoy a few drinks. I think the only person who spent more time at the coffee house than me was Evelyn Benton, the director of our local foodbank.  When we came to her with this idea se was excited and happy to be a part of it, but I don't think she anticipated having to endure all the crazies who work here!  She was a good sport!

A special thank you to our great neighbors, Jojo's Italian Grille http://www.jojositaliangrille.com/ for generously donating gift cards to the event!

We are also thankful for the EHTPD for patroling the shopping center into the wee hours of the morning, keeping our staff safe.

If I forgot anyone, I sincerely apologize (its the baby brain thing)!   Please email me and let me know so I can be sure to include you!

To Anne, Dave, and the Staff at PHOB

Thank you for your great community spirit! It was a wonderful event to be a part of!

Also, I want to thank you for acknowledging Pleasantville Kiwanis and Galloway AMI. I’m privileged to be a part of both these great organizations. Honestly, I’ve never worked with a more generous “give from the heart” group of people than the staff at all of the Atlantic Medical Imaging offices. And Pleasantville Kiwanis is part of a world wide organization devoted to community service and the club has always supported local charities, especially the FoodBank.
